3/4 lb. ground veal, pork and turkey
4 eggs
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 handful chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Cavedoni Truffle Condiment

Four servings

Mix the meat with the eggs, 3/8 c. breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped parsley and mix. Form into meatballs and coat with remaining breadcrumbs. Bake in oven until done. Sprinkle with the Truffle Condiment and serve hot.

Wine suggested: Barbaresco
