A delicious and elegant hors d’oeuvre

5 oz goat cheese (classic chevre)
2 T. sour cream
1 clove garlic, pressed
40 pitted dates
Cavedoni Saba balsamic condiment

Mix together goat cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add pressed garlic to taste. Blend.

Using a pastry injector, fill dates with cheese mixture. Arrange on platter. Drizzle with Saba and serve.
