Green lettuce
Rocket
1 onion, julienne sliced
10 white mushrooms in oil
6 anchovies
1 red pepper, julienne sliced
1 yellow pepper, julienne sliced
1 green pepper, julienne sliced
Extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Cavedoni Truffle Condiment

Six servings

Place peppers, lettuce, rocket and onion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently. Add mushrooms and anchovies, then sprinkle with the Truffle Condiment as desired.

Wine suggested: Sangiovese
