4 Artichokes, cooked and sliced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, flaked
Green lettuce
Rocket
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cavedoni Truffle Condiment

Six servings

Put artichoke slices in a large dish. Add Parmesan cheese. Add the rocket and green salad. Season with oil, salt, pepper and Truffle Condiment.

Wine suggested: Lambrusco
