2 cold hard-boiled eggs, finely sliced
Celery leaves, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
10 capers
5 onions in oil
1 carrot, shredded
Cavedoni Truffle Condiment

Four servings.

Combine the eggs, celery leaves, parsley, and carrot. Add the capers and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and a spoonful of Truffle condiment. Mix and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
