Il Caratello is one of Cavedoni's most prestigious and successful balsamics. Aged in oak and chestnut barrels for a minimum of three years, it has an excellent sweet and tangy balance. Its high density and soft body make it extremely useful in cooking. Arguably our most versatile balsamic, it is delicious on grilled chicken and pork and is perfect for Caprese salad, cheeses, ice cream and pizza.
