Sigillo Rosso (red seal) is a classic tasting balsamic vinegar with strong aroma and full flavor. Its decisive temperament is born from the must of grapes from Emilia Romagna, which is acetified with wine vinegar and matured in barrels of oak. This product is excellent for everyday use with vegetables and salads, and is suitable as a marinade.
