1 1/2 lb. Porcini mushrooms
Extra-virgin olive oil
garlic, finely chopped
3 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese flakes
Rocket
salt and pepper
Cavedoni Truffle Condiment

Four servings

Prepare a base of olive oil in an oval dish. Add garlic and rocket. Chop mushrooms finely and place in the dish. Sprinkle with flakes of Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Truffle Condiment.
