Condiments


Cavedoni Balsamic Condiments are made from specially selected Trebbiano grapes from Castelvetro. The grapes are pressed carefully, and the resulting must is cooked slowly over a naked flame.  The condiment is then aged for many years, maturing and becoming concentrated in wooden barrels of various essences (oak, chestnut, mulberry, juniper).  Only a select few Modenese families possess the secret of making this gastronomic treasure with its precious sweet and sour harmony.

White Balsamic Vinegar:

Bianco is a delicious white, clear balsamic condiment.� Use where a white wine vinegar with distinctive flavor is required.� It is particularly good with salads, raw or cooked vegetables, boiled, grilled or pickled meat, eggs, or carpacchio.�

Produced from acetified, concentrated grape must.

Acidity less than 6%.
