Condiments


Cavedoni Balsamic Condiments are made from specially selected Trebbiano grapes from Castelvetro. The grapes are pressed carefully, and the resulting must is cooked slowly over a naked flame.  The condiment is then aged for many years, maturing and becoming concentrated in wooden barrels of various essences (oak, chestnut, mulberry, juniper).  Only a select few Modenese families possess the secret of making this gastronomic treasure with its precious sweet and sour harmony.

Cherry Balsamic Condiment:

Gusto Ciliegia is refined, with an intense acidity. � This balsamic condiment is aged in oak barrels and flavored by infusion with cherries.

Use on ice cream, fruit salad, yogurt,dessert, cold cuts and aged cheese.
